Ajay Kumar Sharma
Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma is an electronics engineer and has a vast experience of 27 years . He has worked at a very senior level such as Director, General Manager, Plant Head, etc... in different organisations. Some of these organisations include Simmtronics Semiconductors Ltd., Sidereal Dot, Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd.
He has done extensive work on computer RAMs. He has successfully established three factories for Simmtronics, the first company to introduce Computer RAM in india. These factories were situated at Bhiwadi, Roorkee & Singapore.
He developed effective techniques for SDR, DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, RDRAM Memory testing and repairing. This Work was done by him single handedly without any assistance -no google-no books in a small room. This was a time when EDO was phasing out & SDR was dominating.
He was also associated with Great Sir Charles Paddle (Chuck Paddle) who has numerous patents under his name - The father of modern Computers and the person who technically approved the designs of Apple Phones. With him, he developed some techniques to use the dead part of memory chips.

He has a flair of teaching people for their growth and to motivate them to such a high level where unbelievable targets are achieved. During his job, he used to spend almost whole day between the workers and enginners teaching them the art of working and motivation. The results were miraculous.

The biggest example is- There are two types of module technologies in RAM namely TSOP and BGA. A person used to repair 40-45 modules of TSOP per day and 70-80 modules of BGA per day. After he worked with them and guided them, the TSOP output reached 250 pcs per day and the BGA output reached 450. These are miracles which have happened working with him.

He has developed an LED Light which is a unique light, that can create sparkle in jwellery, when seen under it. Otherwise you can see the sparkle only in a TV Ad. No other company has such product.

Presently He is running two companies and one trust namely:
1.) Sky Tech Incorporation- Engaged in LED Light assembling, Automation and Electrical products and cabling and electric panel installation work, Solar Projects.
2.) Vandana Construction- Engaged in turnkey projects of civil construction, interior work, architectural designing, vastu based solutions for individual to get desired results.
3.) Space Master(A unit of Indian Space Society Trust)- Carrying out awareness on space education, preparing to launch its own Cubesat, carrying out workshops for students for various engineering projects. This trust is having close association with following international organisations:-
National Space Society, Enterprise In Space, Tucson L5 Space Society, NYC Space Society, Space Hipsters.
Recently, Space Master has launched worldwide a special annual Research Hunt Competition for students upto 24 years of age to present their research ideas and the best two will be rewarded.
In NewSpace People 2017, Space Master ranked 12th position and in 2018 Space Master ranked 13th position.

Apart from it, he has launched a special industrial training program for engineering students where a student can get training in industry in a real time environment so that he has an overall growth in his initial stage of career.
